Our attorneys have overcome seemingly insurmountable challenges and were propelled to places they could not have imagined by the help, support and encouragement from many people who took personal interest and gave generously of their time and resources.

Commitment to Training
We believe we can only achieve the best results for our clients by working collaboratively, having a culture of knowledge sharing, and investing in junior associates and staff. Only by cultivating a collective expertise can each team member apply his or her own unique talents and perspectives to our clients’ matters. We therefore incentivize our attorneys to share insights, experiences and talents with one another via (1) formal mentoring sessions, (2) authorship, and (3) presentations.
Commitment to Community
We also incentivize our attorneys to be active outside of Briones PC by (1) serving as mentors and role models for students wanting to pursue a legal career, (2) creating and/or strengthening diversity groups or actively encouraging and building up the local community through volunteer service, and (3) direct provision of pro bono legal services to individuals of limited means and underserved communities.
